2. Please note it is the responsibility of the parent to share the transactional details of the fee paid to school at single virtual contact number 9268684400 for calling and whatsapp messages.
3. Parents may deposit the fee through the online payment gateway through credit card/debit card/net banking on schools ERP. Parents may also deposit directly in the school account office as well during schools working hours.
School Fee Payment Mandatory Guidelines:
1. Annual Composite Fee does not include Uniforms, textbooks, stationery, annual camps, additional subject support / individual activity, tuition where applicable, off-campus sports/activities, educational tours, college applications, specialized individual projects in DT/ Visual Arts / Science, pocket money, insurance, etc. Examination fee section to be paid along with an annual composite fee. Any amount deposited in the account’s office will account for: As a first step, towards the Annual Composite Fee. As a second step towards the Transportation fee. As a third step for the examination fee. There won’t be any shuffling in the accounts fee acceptance section of your ward apart from the specified sequence for the collection of dues. No query in this regard would be entertained.
2. School Tuition and Transport Fee as applicable is to be deposited on quarterly basis: Before 10th of April, 10th of July, 10th of October and 10th of January.
3. Payments arriving later than specific dates will attract a late fee penalty of Rs. 50/- per day for the next 5 days from the desired line of fee submission and thereafter to meet the requirements of the accounting section the name of the students will be shifted to the cold account section from the main school accounts till the time required formalities as per existing rules and regulations are completed to bring back the name to the main accounts section. This rule would be valid in the absence of any written and accepted information regarding the late submission of school dues. No request will be entertained for the waiver of fine.In the absence of valid reasons, readmission may entail admission fees being paid again.
4. Sibling concession (only to the children of the same parent) for younger siblings: 10% discount will be applicable on Annual Composite Fee. A sibling discount of 10% on the Annual School tuition fee is granted to the younger sibling as long as an elder sibling is a student of VGS. The scholarship will be applicable if the fee is paid within the stipulated period.
5. Transfers / Withdrawals for the following academic year should be informed by 10th March of the current academic year in a specified school format. In case of failing to confirm the seat for the coming session as per the school policy before 10th March, the following session academic fees shall be charged for the first quarter of the coming session in lieu.
6. The fee structure of Vidya Global School is governed by the rules, policies, terms, and conditions as detailed in management policy and may be amended from time to time by the school management at its sole discretion in the best interest of the school.
7. The submission of the "Application for Registration" form and Registration fee does not guarantee admission till the time of completion of all school documents as per requirements.
8. Transport will be available from the specified areas and will be informed to you at the time of admission.
9. No fees will be refunded & will stand forfeited in favour of the School if the student is unable to complete his/her school session during the term for any reason.
10. Examination fee towards Board examination will be invoiced separately and will only be accepted once the school tuition and transport fee has been cleared.
*Only one concession policy can be availed per admission as per the protocols.
*Other applicable charges for processing the documents are: Duplicates of any official documents required from school will be charged Rs. 100 and shall be provided in the following 3 working days. Facility will be available in online mode.
*Confirmation of the admission will be considered as the acceptance for all the school policies from the parents.
*Admission would be considered granted once all specified points have been completed in the records.
