Admission Procedure

School Visit

You are most welcome to visit the premises of Vidya Global School and have an informal discussion with or without your child. The visit can be arranged by designating a prior appointment with the Front office desk (8859797799) or through mail at vgs@vidya.edu.in with the School coordinator to understand the process.

Application

Parents are requested to be open and honest in providing the admission application form information. Adverse information, if any, whether academic or behavioral, will not be a ground for refusal of an admission request. Any such information would help the school to create a suitable environment for your child, once admitted. Any wrong information or concealment of information discovered later may lead to the cancellation of admission.

III.	Transfer Certificate
IV.	Previous Class Mark-sheet
V.	Vaccination/Health Certificate
VI.	Special Need/Caste Certificate, if available
VII.	Photograph each of Mother / Father / Child (01)
VIII.	Annual Income Certificate of class (IX-XII) only
IX.	CBSE Registration Card Class (X &XII)
X.	Migration Certificate for Class (XI) only
XI.	Parent Transfer Certificate for class (X&XII) only

Interaction

The interaction between the parents and school coordinator is conducted to know about the child's / student's educational development, use of language, social skills, academic enthusiasms and extra-curricular interests. The interaction aims to find what the student knows, understands and enjoys.
The Early Years coordinator examines kindergarten candidates. The child may also be asked to perform some simple activities in the interaction.
Admission seekers from Grades 1 onwards have an interaction and a written test. Testing is done for Basic English, Hindi and Mathematics.

Admission

Parents are requested to pay the one-time Admission Fee and a Refundable Security Deposit on being offered admission.
